Who's to blame for stagnation? Wall Street of course. Who made American debt our biggest import? Wall Street again. Congress not the President creates the Budget. Congress not the President spends money, crates all tax increases and cuts and all spending bills. Remind us who controlled Congress from 2007 to 2011.
