It only makes sense because we simply can't keep supporting people forever. Trump has always advocated for education as well, don't know why he would change at this point but if he has, he needs to get back on track with that. Another thing that should happen is Congress should change the requirements for pell grants and allow certificate programs as well but only if they are in vocations that are in high demand.

Well in the future, instead of always leaving to China, when the Chinese have had enough and the costs go up there, then the corporations will threaten China that if they don't give them more tax breaks, they'll pick up and move to Africa, or India or Mexico or whichever country is the newest country ready to drop it's pants and allow corporations to get away with not paying their fair share. Not if you're rich. And I mean really rich because even someone making $150K a year, imo, is being fucked by Republicans too. For example, how much interest are they giving on savings accounts? 5%? 1%? Not even 1%? That tells me they don't want us common folk saving anything. Put it in a 401K they say so when they decide to they can crash the market and take back half your gains.

And if they cut social security 30%, which they will try to do, then they are screwing with those people's retirement too. And my Republican governor raised taxes on seniors. Young people didn't notice because they aren't old, YET!
