I've been saying from the start of "CHAZ" that the President should give the mayor of Seattle and the governor of Washington a one-week deadline to get their shit together and start doing their jobs. At the end of that week, he should declare martial law in Seattle, install a military governor to take over from the good-for-nothing mayor who abandoned her duties, march in the troops, arrest the insurrectionists, and put 'em in a military jail to await trial on charges of treason.
