Where does the Clinton Foundation money go?

From the link, hater dupes...you're so brainwashed you're functional MORONS. lol

Republican presidential candidate Carly Fiorina says that “so little” of the charitable donations to the Clinton Foundation “actually go to charitable works” — a figure CARLY for America later put at about 6 percent of its annual revenues — but Fiorina is simply wrong.
Fiorina and others are referring only to the amount donated by the Clinton Foundation to outside charities, ignoring the fact that most of the Clinton Foundation’s charitable work is performed in-house. One independent philanthropy watchdog did an analysis of Clinton Foundation funding and concluded that about 89 percent of its funding went to charity.
Simply put, despite its name, the Clinton Foundation is not a private foundation — which typically acts as a pass-through for private donations to other charitable organizations. Rather, it is a public charity. It conducts most of its charitable activities directly.
Where Does Clinton Foundation Money Go

From your source.....

"Charity Navigator: We had previously evaluated this organization, but have since determined that this charity’s atypical business model can not be accurately captured in our current rating methodology. Our removal of The Clinton Foundation from our site is neither a condemnation nor an endorsement of this charity. We reserve the right to reinstate a rating for The Clinton Foundation as soon as we identify a rating methodology that appropriately captures its business model."

When asked about this in an interview the director of Charity Navigator stated quite clearly that no other charity or foundation was so labyrinthine in its construction. She stated that the foundation was set up almost perfectly to spend money supporting the Clintons, but precious little else.

She was on the Lars Larson show the day after the story broke. Look it up.

So the major hater dupe evidence is that the WSJ and other RW blowhards are throwing around vague charges without any evidence. Gotcha. lol

God you're dumb. You're talking about the 6% the Foundation gave to other charities. 89% the foundation spent themselves. They ARE the charity. Fecking morons.

No the 6% was for grants not given to other charities

Do you even read the shit you link?

Spent by the foundation to help people duh. It IS the charity. Lying Pubs and hater dupes as always...

Where Does Clinton Foundation Money Go

That's incorrect.

The Clinton Foundation and Clinton Global Initiative are not exactly charities in the traditional sense. If you give money to the Red Cross or to World Vision, so much is allotted for staffing and overhead while the rest is spent directly on specific projects.

The Clinton Foundation is more of a middle man between people with deep pockets who can contribute something good to some cause. Meanwhile, the CF and CGI cultivate specific projects that are in need of funding or practical resources, like delivering say, HIV drugs to an African nation. Bill hammers out a pledge from a pharmaceutical company to offer drugs and hooks up that donor with people or governments in that nation who can get the drugs to the people who need it.

So in many of those kinds of transactions, there isn't any money changing hands. Just a CEO who gets to elevate their company's status by being able to say they've been good global citizens, along with the perk of being able to say they met Clinton and are partners with him.

People who are ignorant to charity work just think that if they give $10 to a charity, every cent goes to a needy person, but these are massive organizations with overhead and offices and staffs to pay. When Bill Clinton is representing the CF and gets paid a nice sum to give a speech, it's money in the bank for him and his foundation.

The good that foundation has done is remarkable. It's everything good that government isn't! Republicans should actually like it.

It would help if hater dupes could read something longer than a bumper sticker. From Politifact, THE LINK! Ay caramba!:

Asked for some examples of the work it performs itself, the Clinton Foundation listed these:
  • Clinton Development Initiative staff in Africa train rural farmers and help them get access to seeds, equipment and markets for their crops.
  • Clinton Climate Initiative staff help governments in Africa and the Caribbean region with reforestation efforts, and in island nations to help develop renewable energy projects.
  • Staff at the Clinton Health Access Initiative, an independent, affiliated entity, work in dozens of nations to lower the cost of HIV/AIDS medicine, scale up pediatric AIDS treatment and promote treatment of diarrhea through life-saving Zinc/ORS treatment.
  • Clinton Health Matters staff work with local governments and businesses in the United States to develop wellness and physical activity plans.
To bolster its case, CARLY for America noted that the Clinton Foundation spent 12 percent of its revenue on travel and conferences and 20 percent of its revenue on salaries. That’s true. But the Form 990 specifically breaks out those travel, conference and salary expenses that are used for “program service expenses” versus those that are used for management or fundraising purposes.
For example, nearly 77 percent of the $8.4 million spent on travel in 2013 went toward program services; 3.4 percent went to “management and general expenses”; and about 20 percent went to fundraising.
As for conferences, nearly 98 percent of money spent was tabbed as a programming expense. And when it comes to salaries — which includes pension plan contributions, benefits and payroll taxes — about 73 percent went to program service expenses.
“I am not the expert on what portion of the Clinton Foundation activities are truly charitable,” Vince Stehle, executive director of Media Impact Funders and a board member of the Center for Effective Philanthropy told us via email. “But I can say that it is not appropriate to simply calculate that based on what portion goes out in grants. Certainly all types of foundations are able to engage in direct charitable activities in any event. But as I understand it, the Clinton Foundation is a public charity, despite the name.

Absolute hater dupe idiocy. Politifact is corporate mealy-mouth, tries like hell to find Dem lies to appear to be neutral, while actually Pubs are TOTALLY FOS. See them calling Obama for lie of the year.

"After PolitiFact called President Obama's often-repeated promise that, under the act, "if you like your health care plan, you can keep it" as its "lie of the year" in 2013, critics noted that PolitiFact had earlier ruled differently on the same claim. PolitiFact had rated the statement as true in 2008, stating that "Obama is accurately describing his health care plan here."[37][38] In 2009 and again in 2012, Politifact rated the statement half true.[38] PolitiFact's announcement drew criticism from political commentators on both sides of the political spectrum, including progressives Joan McCarter[39] and the Center for Economic and Policy Research.[40] Conservatives including Washington Examiner commentator Sean Higgins[38] and commentator Avik Roy noted the discrepancy, with Roy stating that PolitiFact should stop evaluating predictions about the future, including campaign promises, as facts.[41] PolitiFact editor Angie Holan noted in her lie of the year column that PolitiFact had previously ruled the claim half-true, saying that "we noted that while the law took pains to leave some parts of the insurance market alone, people were not guaranteed to keep insurance through thick and thin. It was likely that some private insurers would continue to force people to switch plans, and that trend might even accelerate."[42] Holan explained PolitiFact's rulings, saying that while "the original statement is partly accurate," when the President clarified it this year with the excuse, "you could keep it, if it hasn't changed since the law passed," that got the pants on fire rating.[43]

This is just an observation franco, I think you need to work on your delivery. The only "hater dupe" on this board seems to be you. The responses to your hateful prose in general are measured and calm. Yours on the other hand are quite literally exploding with rage.

Take it easy. Dial back your hatred and anger. Carry on a quiet, measured, moderate discussion and people might actually begin to listen to you. Right now you are looked at as the raving lunatic screaming on the corner.

Just sayin....

Franco hater dupe, I ran a thread on this board detailing the Hillary Lie of the Day, for a few weeks. If I could find a daily lie by HilLIARY, why can't Politifraud?

Actually, we all know why.

The only ones lying are your RW heroes, Pub dupes. The Clinton Foundation is a great charity period. Your heroes take the 6% it gives to other charities and says that's all they spend on charity, a scandalous lie. Everything the RW throws at Hilary, ditto. The only thing I hate is lies, a long line of which you functional morons swallow. Start with the Hillary was fired fom Watergate bs. One lying bought off POS spun forever. And a thousand other phony scandals. You've got a bj period lol. Only took 6 years and 92 million dollars to find...
