When and if it actually works as intended and does everything as promised. By the way how can one claim a law is working and doing everything as intended when it has not been fully implemented yet? Just curious is six to seven million people losing the plans they liked despite being told they would not working as intended? Were the multiple extensions of the individual mandate sign up date considered working well? Was pushing the employer mandate all the way past this years midterms a sign of working well?

I'm not republican, but I'll admit it when 95% of people can afford healthcare.
The goal was 100%
But then, it did nothing to make healthcare affordable, it focused on health insurance, which is entirely different.
Depending upon which news article or government propaganda you read espousing the virtues of Obamacare there was 30-45 million people without healthcare insurance (again, I reiterate, not without healthcare, without healthcare insurance). So how is it a success that the exchanges managed to get some 7 million people insurance when the goal was 100%?

At best, they maybe helped 23% of those without insurance (we all know it is less than that).
Would you be happy if 23% of the time your paycheck was correct?
Would you be happy if your car worked 23% of the time?
Would you be happy if your spouse was willing to have sex with you 23% of the time you wanted sex?
Would you be happy if your favorite restaurant correctly provided the meal you ordered 23% of the time?

I have 2 bad knees can't afford to find out what's wrong with them.
Can't pay for the MRI's or Physical therapy if needed or an operation to repair them.

No, ACA imagined a system of state run exchanges where people would get insurance and qualify for subsidies. Currently the federal system is giving subsidies, in defiance of the plain meaning of the act and the legislative history.
ACA imagined a system where people who went without insurance would pay a fine. Or tax. Or something. Currently most people can claim exemptions for one reason or another.
ACA imagined a system of employer mandates. Those have been put off.
ACA included Congressional staff under the mandate. Those got an exemption.

So what was passed isn't remotely liek what we have now. How can anyone say it is working when it hasnt even been implemented yet?

The employer mandate hasn't been enacted yet because Obama keeps unilaterally delaying parts of it. Millions lost their insurance. Millions are paying higher premiums. More elderly will be denied treatment for some serious illnesses. The majority of cancer treatment centers refuse to accept Obamacare. Hospitals continue to go bankrupt and close their doors. Research hospitals, such as Mayo, will not accept Obamacare patients. Millions of jobs lost because of Obamacare. Illegal aliens are covered. Costs have risen faster than ever. People didn't get to keep their doctors and their plans. A large percent of people who signed up for Obamacare weren't actually covered. Fake people signed up for Obamacare and the insurance companies were paid. Tax payer subsidies are being given to people in states that have no exchanges, making it against the law.

None of those things were promised. All of the above was denied by Obama.

It's already been admitted that this was a step to single payer, so that proves they never intended Obamacare to actually work. They needed a crisis to completely take over health care.

I'd call someone who knows- your doctor probably doesn't...My physician's ass't was freaked because he hadn't heard about subsidies. Also, the person at SS in CHARGE of Medicaid was giving out wrong info to a friend, freaking HER out. I had to tell her she was covered for free. An LPN with a ruined back from work. ANOTHER LPN, same deal, didn't know about free care, including dental, at our new free clinic here. OR, of course, that THAT is Obamacare.

BREAKING for hater dupes. 15 million more have care now, 6 million more would have Medicaid but red states have blocked that, for no reason.

Obamacare was supposed to last only long enough for the American public to get snared by it's allure. Beyond that they can fix it as they can.

ACA is only partially about health Care for the American people.

It is ALSO doing double duty as a mechanism to steal the American people's sovereignty for the chosen ones in Obama's coterie of friends and beholden businessmen in the Democrat Party. The people will be subjects of a newly authoritarian big brother nanny state Socialist government which would tell us what to do.

And you are greasing the skids to make this scenario come true.

Remember: ACA WILL become (and has always been designed to eventually become) a one-payer system.

And the ONE getting paid would be the federal government, which would control our Health Care.

Ladies and Gentlemen, when you want to control a population first gain control over their health care and they will become compliant with your directives.

When you control the people's health care you control the people.

And control is what the Dems always had in mind as a task to be accomplished by the ACA.

That's ONE of the reasons Pelosi et al sneaked the bill through the House without giving anyone a chance to read it. They wanted to gain control over the American people and they knew the GOP members wouldn't permit it so they were forced to use dirty tricks to get the bill passed.
