Actually, he believes that just because an employer can't import anybody they want to work for cheap, it's fascism. He doesn't realize that immigration is not an employer issue, it's a government issue. The government first has to approve of somebody coming here, and then you can hire them. We can't give employers the power to perform immigration.

Under his definition, every country in the world is fascist. If so, we are the least fascist because we allow more people to come into our country legally than any other country in the world.
