A nonsense comment. The book series gives probably 60% of its time to the many female characters. And some really bad ass ones at that. One of the key problems with the show, is that all the important parts that involve the male characters were either omitted, or had the females performing them. Which dooms the story. It won't be able to make sense by the end.whats the matter?.....do you get a nose bleed around strong women?....
Then there's the problem with Rosamund Pike. Her character, while an important one in the series is a relatively minor part. Moiraine plays crucial roles at times, but her character is also absent for long, long stretches of the story. But in the show (probably to keep the known "talent"), she plays the lead role, which is not representative of the story Jordan told. Made worse by the fact that the actual lead character of the story has had little screen time, or writing dedicated to him.
It's a total dumpster fire.
