I'm guessing this is going to get pushed here in June. I'm just going to sit back and watch heads explode when it is...Multiple lawsuits ruled that Trump was ending protections illegally. SCOTUS sent it back to the courts. Until that is resolved, protections remain in place and renewals continue to be accepted. The EO has expired. They may be accepting applications but they have no protections and can be deported.Protections are still in place and renewals are still being acceptedActually the EO signed by Obama expired on March 15th 2018. They currently have no protections. The President couldn't find his own ass with both hands tied behind his back. He'll sign whatever the Democrat majorities pass in January. Meanwhile DACA remains in place.
Hey Dummy...it is still in place because SCOTUS would not rule on it
pending Congress working a deal.
If it cannot be resolve in the legislature...SCOTUS will follow the law.
The law is any EO/Memo created by a past President can be ended
by the current President. There is zero way to get around that. SCOTUS
cannot rewrite the law.
The Dems accept his deal or if there is no deal...the Prez ends DACA
DACA Permits Are Expiring Tomorrow. Here's What That Means For Dreamers
