Once again we are at the brink of a new SCOTUS appointment. Ginsberg is on a fool's errand that will end in her death. I suppose she thinks she's doing the right thing but really all she is doing is delaying the inevitable. Trump is going to get to pick one more justice at the very least and it will be her replacement.
