What's Going On With Kavanaugh ?

I think Russia could have done better than picking Kavanaugh, but he still gets them what they want.

Not a single Dim Senator has agreed to meet with him. How's that for partisanship?

This Kavanaugh thing just might turn out to be the biggest fuck up yet by the Dems. If they fight him and actually stop his approval by getting a Repub or two to join in, it will cost them seats in the Senate and then Trump will nominate a true ideologue and they will have just fucked themselves even worse.

The Dems should have be happy as hell when Trump named Kavanaugh. He is the most moderate of the people on the list.
How would caving in to the right help Dems win Senate seats?

How would approving Kavanaugh be "caving"? Fighting a perfectly qualified, mostly moderate judge just for the sake of saying you did so will lose you seats in the Senate and then if Kavanaugh does not get on the court Trump will nominate someone 100 times worse and there is nothing that can be done to stop it.

Seems that with all the hysteria around the Russia fluffbucket, nobody is talking SCOTUS.

O.K. with me.

Let's just hope Ginsburg won't wait long to let us do it again.
That piece of shit Kavanaugh thinks the Nixon ruling was wrong! He thinks the President is above the law.

Holy fucking shit, stop and think for yourself for just a moment. In 1999 he was part of a round table discussion where people throw out all sorts of ideas, even ones they may not fully agree with to further the discussion.

Anyone who thinks the Nixon ruling was wrong, is seriously "out there!"
