What would you do to pay for college.

To each, his own, but I would personally work VERY hard in high school to earn a full scholarship for an opportunity to achieve a higher education. I like earning my way in life.

With today's employment environment flooded with college grads who are flipping burgers or waiting tables I'm not too sure I would spend the big bucks to go to college. But I'm certain that I wouldn't sell my soul to attend. If I couldn't afford it through "upright" means and hard work then I probably couldn't afford it at all.

I like AquaAthena's approach. Plan early and save early and do well in high school.
