What should the criminal penalty be for an abortion?

EDIT- OBVIOUSLY this is a question for the anti-women's choice crowd.

Obviously, there should be no punishment. Abortion is legal so it is hardly a punishable offense - although if the Republicans have their way, using birth control would be illegal because many of them believe a fertilised egg is a person.

I'm trying to remember which state decided personhood starts two weeks before sex. After awhile, all the stupid runs together.
