We've made the Earth wobble more

Conservation of Angular Momentum ... just like the figure skater extending her arms slows down her rate of rotation, without any changes to total kinetic energy ... we're also collecting rainwater in the mountains ... extending that mass to a higher elevation requires the Earth to spin slower, and still maintain the Earth's momentum ... yes ... we can measure that ...

We can confirm great earthquake magnitudes this way ... takes a few months to calculate, but will give us total energy of any great event ... maybe weaker events too, I don't know ... the Earth spins faster afterwards ...

"Between 1993 and 2010, the tilt of the Earth shifted by 31.5 inches, corresponding with peopleā€™s worldwide withdrawals of underground water. Researchers published the findings in June in the journal Geophysical Research Letters."

"It has also likely caused the world to wobble more. The journal Scienceā€™s news section likens the motion to a spinning top or basketball on a finger having weight redistributed. This metaphorical basketball also has water-balloon-like properties of ā€œsloshingā€ slightly."
Seems like the authors of the study have a small flaw in their logic. If a quarter inch of sea level rise over a 17 year period was responsible for a 31.5" shift in the earth's tilt because of the bulge at the equator, why hasn't natural sea level rise caused an even bigger tilt?
