How is the aid being audited, to ensure Hamas doesn't seize it .. which they will? I'd guess it'll be just like the Ukraine aid where democrats rejected and inspector general to monitor accountability.

Hamas will grab them and trade them for bomb-making material. If any innocent Palestinians happen to have a supply of C-4 or a bunch of fuses and timers, they might get to eat that delicious pork.
