The outcome of this case was opposite of what the now overturned Dred Scott case was. And Roe v. Wade is, for all intents and purposes, over. You can create hoops for people to jump over, constitutional or not, but if a woman really wants a legal abortion in this country she will always have the ability to get a legal abortion.

The gay issue is only heading to religious institutions inside you and others like you's twisted little minds. The SCOTUS you hate so much right now will side the churches every time because that's what the constitution has written in it. And don't be shocked when NO ONE seriously comes after churches for that btw.

And abortion is being changed in merely procedural ways. Things like what is happening in Texas are not threatening the legality of abortion, just the steps that need to be taken for an abortion. And in a way that may be found unconstitutional. Abortion's not going away, as per Roe v. Wade.

Yet there are something like 50 threads about it started by right wing posters. Why is that? One has to wonder.

Also, it's not a small matter when 1/2 of the nation wants to deprive the other half of it's rights based only on their lifestyle; they didn't break any laws or ordinances. They pay taxes, serve on juries, in the military, teach at colleges, work 40 hours a week, etc...

Whom they sleep with is the only factor that the RWNJs are considering and actively seeking to deprive them of the constitutional rights others have is not a small deal. We could use another 50 threads on it in fact. But isn't it hilarious that the only ones worried about the volume of discussions are those saying they don't want it discussed on this scale?????
