If the house impeaches him on 3 counts of treason, but the senate convicts on only two. That means he can't be prosecuted for his theft or bribery, because he was never impeached and convicted of those charges.

Sure, Krebs did a good job as part of TRUMP!'s administration, and at TRUMP!'s direction locked Russia out of Facebook. He later decided he wasn't so much a part of that administration. Remember that we went from the most fraudulent election EVER to the most secure election EVER in 4 years, and Obama was heading up the first and TRUMP! the second.
