The Oligarchy from the east is clearly pushing us towards war with Iran. Are we as a nation prepared for this?? We are going to be talking about total war here. It is enevitable that the middle east will align agianst us.

How many people are for a war with Iran?

Our nation is completely and totally bankrupt.

But we must remember the fact that our leaders must answer to Bibi and the Knesset. So whatever the Zionists want the Zionists get.

    Shalom for now.

We need this war to get our economy going again, just like WWII did.

What do you mean by "oligarchy of the East"?

Total war is extremely unlikely, and would be very short if it occurred. No nuclear power has initiated anything close to a total war.

The US and Iran are already engaged in low-level hostilities. Certain factors, such as Iran's nuclear program and America's persistent presence in Iran's claimed sphere of influence, point to increasing hostilities in the future. Still, I rate a war with Iran on the order of the conflicts in Iraq or Afghanistan unlikely in the coming decades.

Unless Iran does something really stupid, there is no reason for us to become involved in another conflict. Besides that, a very large percentage of Iran, maybe even the majority, wants change and will eventually bring that change on their own. Killing thousands of innocents in another conflict would not help us in the long run.

We've been at war with Iran since the Carter administration. It's been a cold war, but we've still been at war.

We need to take care of some other projects before we think about sending troops into Iran.

    Inevitable.

The handwriting was on the wall for war with Japan when the gunboat Panay was attacked in the mid 30's. The same handwriting is on the wall, today. The Arabs are feeling a new surge of economic and political muscle in the world today while America's prestige, economic, military, and political power are in rapid descent or in free fall as a result of our Elective dependency on foreign oil. Sooner or later, these descendents of the Patriots at Bunker Hill, New Orleans, Gettysburg, San Juan Hill, Flanders Fields, Anzio and Pointe du Hoc, the Chosin Reservoir, will say enough is enough. Unless Barry convinces most Americans in the meantime that he is the benevolent master they've been waiting for.

I heard for 30 years about the inevitable war with Red China. Now they are our bank, and the primary danger from them is that they might foreclose on us.

Iran is not stable, and changes can take place there as quickly as it has in Egypt and Libya.

Your right. The population tried to overthrow the mullahs already. I'm sure it will happen again.

Pull our troops out of Iran and Afghanistan and leave em hanging around the middle east. Now wouldn't that get the mullahs sweating

Would be a worth it just to see their reaction.
