The article I read said that WalMart was going to stop selling firearms at about a third of their stores. I can guarantee that they are smart enough not to stop selling them where the market is robust...like Alaska. If WalMart decided to stop selling firearms here, they would lose a LOT of business.

Walmart still sells guns and ammo, but their shelves are bare!

In fact every sporting goods and gun store around here is almost out of guns, and sold out of all the most popular caliber ammo. I went to the gun show in Orange County CA yesterday, but is was SO crowed, and a line 100 yards long for the ammo section, that I didn't go in. Stopped at four gun/sporting goods stores on the way home to try to find some .38 special and .40 acp, and all were sold out. Went online to find some and most online retailers are virtually sold out as well. Finally found a few boxes on one site and ordered them.

I just hope guns and ammo production can catch up to demand soon, and the good news is that law-abiding citizens will be VERY very well armed henceforth. That will be BO's legacy, along heaping many generations of debt on America, racially and politically dividing the nation like never before, and destroying healthcare in America.
