Walker Worst Jobs Record Of Any Governor In America

Yes Wisconsin is doing well because it is a Union state and got a lot of money from the Obama stimulus but compared to the progress of unemployment other states Walker is doing the worst.

complete bullshit. the only chunk of stimulus money that went to anything even remotely jobs related in WI is the 529 million that went to the state & local highway system... in 2009. You're telling me that money is why jobs have picked up in Wi NOW, but not during Walkers 1st year? were they delayed jobs for some reason?

Jobs have picked up in the country as a whole but i believe the slow job growth in Wisconsin is do to the mismanagement of the funds.

make up your mind.

Is it that 'Wisconsin is doing well because it is a Union state and got a lot of money from the Obama stimulus'?

Or, is it 'the slow job growth in Wisconsin is do to the mismanagement of the funds'?

Can't be both.

Remember back in February, at the height of the controversy surrounding public employee unions in Wisconsin, the idea was trotted out that Governor Scott Walker’s anti-union efforts were part and parcel of a broader, bolder economic vision that would lead to growth and prosperity in the Badger State? Now one year on and with a recall election looming for Walker ironically it may be his record on job creation that does Walker more harm than his anti-union sentiments. Why, because since he took office and enacted his program “Wisconsin has lost more jobs…than any other state”, according to Craig Gilbert of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. What follows is an analysis of Scott Walker’s economic performance. The figures below are all seasonally adjusted, all charts, graphs and statistics courtesy of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel:

Total Jobs. “In Gov. Walker’s first 13 months (using December 2010 as the baseline), the state lost 8,500 non-farm jobs. That was worst among the 50 states. Only four other states experienced a net decrease in that time. If you take the most recent 12 months — January 2011 to January 2012 – the state lost 12,500 non-farm jobs, also worst in the nation, a fact Democrats have seized on.”

Hey, having a shitty job creation record could work out for him. It's working for Willard Romney.

except he doesn't have a shitty record on jobs, as post #119 proved.

Naw, not really. Wisconsin is doing pretty crappy compared to the rest of the country...Just like MA when Willard was Governor (which is why he doesn't want to talk about his time as Governor)

Give him somemore time. After all, he is cleaning up your awful mess. He's making good progress. And when he's done kicking your lazy incompetent asses, he'll get back to fixing Wisconsin. Big Unions/Democrats have sunk Wisconsin. It's always Party before State/Country for them. They don't care about Wisconsin's future. I wish Scott Walker the best of luck.
