What is driving that lower labor participation rate? The biggest thing, the ACA, what you call Obamacare. There were thousands, maybe millions, of people that worked simply to provide insurance for their family. They don't have to do that now. The other biggest factor here, young males who live in their parents' basement and play video games all day. That is not on them, that is on their parents.
