Valid Logic or Spin?

Which is ridiculous, because if God has to exist for a book to exist, then how did God exist? Just spring out of nowhere? Then their argument falls down massively.

It's hard to fathom a being or anything that always is and always was and always will be.
It's like trying to fathom nothing. We just can't.
There had to be a first "something', right?

I don't know whether there does have to be a first something or not, we don't know what is beyond. However to say that a book can't just appear out of nowhere therefore God must exist is a contradictory argument.

Correct. There MUST be a first cause that is eternal, without beginning or end. Otherwise, you have an infinite regression of causes. Something that science tells us impossible. The universe requires a Creator.

HOWEVER, we again, are relying on our limited brain power....
We THINK it requires a creator... but, we all must agree on one thing. We don't really "KNOW".

Oh, but I DO know. Jesus lived and preached the Gospel. He died and rose again. The tomb is empty. There is also the simple fact that His apostles, who claimed to have seen Him alive after being crucified, died rather than deny a risen Savior. No one would die for something they knew to be a lie. That's proof enough for me.

That's one of the problems with religion: It makes people think they have all the answers , when they really don't have any at all.
