USSC RvW Decision Results In Action - Kansas Set For Nation's 1st State-Wide Abortion Vote

The decision is now in the hands of the American PEOPLE, not federal politicians or parties!

This is a medical issue between a woman and her doctor. NO ONE else has any say in any of it. Not the government, and not the voters. This is a PRIVATE matter.

Indeed it is--and what a surprise in a red state eh? perhaps woman's desire for reproductive rights transcends politics?

This thread didn't age well... the anti-Choice side lost 60-40 despite the best efforts of the GOP to rig the vote.

Overturning Roe isn‘t based on “popularity”. It legally had no standing.
So now states get to vote on it. Why are you so upset about that?

In all likelihood most states will vote for some abortion in early stages, but also vote to put massive restrictions on them which you will no doubt scream about.

So let's put gun rights to a vote. Oh, wait, you think your right to own a gun is protected because the Founding Slave rapists couldn't clearly define a militia.

We are endlessly told that women are so much smarter and even superior. Especially the Progressive Socialist ones. And yet they get pregnant over callous sexual interactions. It's like we are told one thing and we see another. And the nation falters more and more. Over one million abortions a year is a lot.
