Whether we have QE or not, the US taxpayer pays the same, actually slightly less because QE lowers borrowing cost (interest rates) for the US government...

You need to understand the distinction between spending bills, and QE, because you don't know.

The deficit has increased because Trump has spent like a drunken sailor, and passed a huge tax cut. The US government now borrows $1+T a year because of that... thanks Trump.

That's not true, in the 1960s and 70s we had a small debt. We paid off our war debt and the deficit exploded when Reagan did what Bush and Trump did, Massive spending bills, with massive tax cuts. The bulk of our debt is the result of the GOP.
