Something being Constitutionally legal and something being a good idea are 2 separate things. It would be Constitutional for a state to allow people to just walk in and scrawl their vote on a napkin. It would be Constitutional to phone in your vote. It would be Constitutional to vote via smoke signal as well.

I did not vote for either one of the two party candidates in 2016, if it makes you feel any better, voting 3rd party (Libertarian) instead. In 2020, I had to do my part to vote out the worst known offender to the laws, history and traditions of our country, which was simple for me, not having any party loyalty. Independent. That's just how I roll.

no joke: I feel a healing in my mind when I see Trump..

Trump, despite his less appealing personality characteristics, gives us hope and encouragement that what the Democrats vaguely promise but never produce can actually be done. And he was getting it done.

I was listening to Biden this morning distorting the facts, promising the same tired old promises the Democrats have put out there for decades, taking credit for things he had nothing to do with, blaming, accusing everybody and everything under the sun but him and his party for the mess we have, and attacking the GOP for all the terrible things they will do if they get their way including increasing inflation and cutting Medicare and Social Security which is ludicrous.

That was the closest he came to acknowledging the very real suffering of a majority of the American people under his administration/policies and he ignored drawing down the Strategic Petroleum Reserve, the border overrun and diverting mega billions from what American need to feed, clothe, house, provide entertainment and other amenities for millions of illegals that continue to pour across the border.

Getting MAGA minded people back into the Congressional majority won't be a magic bullet that will solve all problems because his handlers will have him veto most useful legislation. But it will make it a lot harder for the Biden administration to continue to do its worse to us. It can't help but make things better. I just hope the people don't misinterpret that as his doing because that is the way the MSM will report it.

Then again if we could get a super majority next month, we could override those vetoes.
