Unfortunately there are other Americans have used thuggery and crime to gain wealth like Al Capone, Frank Nitti, Charles Ponzi, Bernie Madoff etc.

You take a real close look at every person who has earned a great amount of wealth I highly doubt you will find anyone who is squeaky clean. They all have likely used, abused, and crushed people in their quest to get to the top.

I believe it was J.P. Morgan and Edison who screwed Tesla over Tesla worked for Edison but left after they had a dispute and then worked for Westinghouse the two sides battled over rather Edisons DC electrical system or Teslas AC would system would power the world.
