Seriously doubt that he cares as long he can build a hundred miles of wall.

He gets to start with 55 miles. The problem is, he was supposed to have done 146 miles but didn't. Call it a probation. If he builds that 55 miles, next year they might go for more. In fact, they might just go with the increase that the 2006 Border Security Law calls for and that would be about 73 miles. Trump owes up 146 miles he never built as per the law but he did accept the funding. So, on probation, he gets 55 miles this year. Next year, they might go for 73 miles. But it looks like Congress is going to have to monitor the building because he hasn't done a very good job up till now.

Since then, the UCMJ has been written to prevent that from happening. A President would have to have the Military (Men) on his side and that just won't happen unless it's a REAL emergency.
