Trump Tells Court To Strike Down Entire Affordable Care Act

He also ran on repeal and replace.
Btw, he won.
Might want to rethink the OP

Democrats took over the House largely on healthcare. By the way, he never proposed a legitimate repeal and replace plan.

We know Republicans never had one. I might have an iota of respect for them had they simply fessed up to this and said they support no replacement, but they sat around with their dicks in their hands for 8 years. :dunno: But, I suppose that's the state of American politics these days...
You can’t point to the evil that Republicans do and then say I guess that’s American politics today. That has to be rejected.
Democrats want Americans to have healthcare. They want poor people to be able to live and prosper. They want people that are sick to have health care and get well. All things Republicans are against.
Republicans have turned Americans helping Americans into socialism. Apparently they just want a wild west, no laws, and let everybody die if they get sick.

You are a fucking moron. My son is a Type 1 diabetic, his body will never heal itself, in fact his body is attacking itself and killing the process for producing insulin.

I'm happy your son doesn't live in a Socialist shithole.

How do you think diabetic kids in Venezuela are doing?
So you just shrug and point at something completely irrelevant?

Oh...
I replied to another poster about his son's healthcare, who thought his son's healthcare was relevant.

Nobody put a gun to your head yo make you post about it.

Better solutions at lower cost!

The republican and trump solution is to make it legal for an insurance company to refuse to sell a policy to someone who has a preexisting condition. Or make it so expensive no one could afford it.

That will cause a lot of people to die.

Why do you believe that an insurance company has the right to kick someone off their policy just because they got sick or refuse to sell a policy to someone who was sick in their life?

Why do you believe it's ok to deny proper medical help to people who need it?

I couldn't give shit one about the ACA. That POS should never have been foisted on the tax payers of America. The ONLY people who like it are those the rest of us are paying for.

I have benefits through my work place. I also have Medicare. I'm covered and I couldn't care less about those that aren't.

If you want coverage, get off your ass, get a second job, there are loads out there, and pay for your own.

As for the Dems in 2020. They are handing Trump the election as we speak. The Dem House is a shit show and they are handing Trump the 2020 Presidency on a silver platter.

The Mueller fiasco is over with and Trump came out exonerated.

Trump will win in 2020 and Dems are already making sure he wins.
Yeah let them die. That’s what you’re saying right? Let the fukkers die?

If they are to stupid to get a job and buy health care then I couldn't care less.

They aren't my responsibility and unlike you I'm not going to make them my responsibility.

Take your fake bleeding heart and shove it up your stupid ass.

This would also make a great campaign slogan for Trump in 2020

Donald Trump just made sure health care will decide the 2020 election - CNNPolitics

The Dumb as Dirt President once again proves that he's, well, Dumb as Dirt.

He obviously has no clue about the vast number of his supporters dependent on Obamacare for their health insurance. 50% of Americans approve of Obamacare; only 37%, which is about the size of Trump's base, disapprove.

Since there was never a "repeal and replace with something better, probably within an hour" plan, Trump has opted for full repeal. No way big guy, but thanks for giving us Democrats a sure win! You may hate the word Obamacare, but a bunch of your people love it!
Obamacare unconstitutional, Justice Department determines

doesn't matter what people hate or love. unconstitutional.

Does not matter what the DOJ says either, it will like most things come down to the SCOTUS.

I guess you didn't read your post you said you should have the right to purchase what you want and you do and did. You said nothing nothing about your health insurance plan. American's that lost their health insurance did so because of the insurance companies, the companies had the right to keep those plans under the grandfather clause.

You better skip this one sport for someone who has dealt with this since inception.
You don't know squat, or you are lying.

Millions of Americans lost their plans when they became illegal.

It now looks like ObamaCare will hurt twice as many people as it helps — because the law isn’t nearly done with canceling people’s insurance. More..
  • The 5 million-plus Americans who’ve seen their health plans canceled thanks to ObamaCare will be joined by millions more this year — because the Affordable Care Act makes their employer-provided policies illegal, as well.
Maybe you should find a subject you understand and post about it.

Nah. He nor anyone in his administration would ever say what I said.

However. I said it and I sure couldn't care less about those without health care. You want health care?? Buy your own. Those without health care coverage aren't my responsibility and I sure as hell won't make them my responsibility.

i believe in equal protection of the law for unemployment compensation to solve for simple poverty to improve the efficiency of our markets.

Liberty isn't perfect.

It's just more perfect than giving your freedoms away.

You can’t point to the evil that Republicans do and then say I guess that’s American politics today. That has to be rejected.

Well, good luck.

Democrats want Americans to have healthcare. They want poor people to be able to live and prosper. They want people that are sick to have health care and get well. All things Republicans are against.

It seems you're simply restating my point. I happen to believe the first round of gov't mandated health care was a spectacular failure, but that's me. However, there are many voters that share my concerns:

1. How much does it cost taxpayers?
2. How is it going to be funded?
3. Is it currently sustainable? If not, what has to happen to make it sustainable?

Democrats like entitlement programs. The sentiment behind it is valid, but if it crashes the economy then it's back to the drawing board at more expense to taxpayers. I'm beyond tired of Americans being used as guinea pigs for failed policy. I believe health care should be left to the private sector, which has been doing it much more efficiently than the government before the ACA mess. Doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different outcome each time is the definition of insanity. Democrats don't particularly like this inconvenient truth, but it's there nonetheless. I'm with the Republicans on that one.

Republicans have turned Americans helping Americans into socialism. Apparently they just want a wild west, no laws, and let everybody die if they get sick.

I'm sure these talking points coming from Republicans is quite intentional and nothing new. Republicans claim to favor small government and privatization. They don't like the idea of government running something as complex as healthcare, much less requiring a mandate. Anything beyond that is anecdotal partisan speculation from snowflakes.

Before the ACA they were efficient in terms of delivering PROFITS to themselves

Not so much affordable health care

But hey...if Trump is successful there will absolutely end up being a Medicare Buy In.

So maybe this is a good thing...except that...

The TRANSITION will suck for a lot of people though. Folks will die

Affordable is a fantasy concocted by our government to sell to foolish constituents. The "Affordable Care Act" was pretty much the opposite of affordable.

From the link (Forbes): It turns out that across the board, for all ages and family sizes, for HMO, PPO, and POS plans, premium increases averaged about 60 percent from 2013, the last year before ACA reforms took effect, to 2017. In same length of time preceding that, all groups experienced premium increases of less than 10 percent, and most age groups actually experienced premium decreases, on average.

Deductions went up drastically, and welfare subsities went up drastically.

Healthcare doesn't get cheaper just because someone else pays for it.

I understand ACA perfectly, do you? I doubt you and the other's don't know just how many other things are intertwined with the ACA now, will hurt some of Trump's projects. No link for you dumb fuck and you should stay out of something you know nothing about.

See what I mean you do not know the difference between health care and health insurance. You're just another pimple on a bulls ass.
