Not everything that is wrong, or inappropriate and requires an apology is illegal or indictable. I didn't say McCabe didn't lie, or apologize. I said that what he did WAS NOT ILLEGAL OR CRIMINAL.

He broke a company rule about who talks to employers. It's not against the law, therefore he committed no crime. When his employer asked him about this, he lied. This was not an FBI judicial investigation, therefore it was not illegal for him to lie to his employer.

Was it wrong? Yes. Could he fired for doing so. Possibly. Is it the same thing as Flynn lying to the FBI. Absolutely not.

Stop trying to claim that the crimes being committed by Trump and his minion are no different than what Democrats or previous Presidents in the White House have done.

McCabe lied to his employer, who happens to be the FBI, the FBI doesn't prosecute employees for lying to them about personnel matters. If either of us worked for the FBI and we skipped work and went to beach, would we be arrested for lying to the FBI, when they asked us where we were?
