Pacific Corp is making plans to retrofit old closed coal fired plants for reopening next year.. 35 of them with clean coal technologies.. and that's just in WY, MT, ID, ND, and SD.... Other power generating corporations are following suit...

Talks with the TRUMP administration will allow them to reopen after Jan 20th when the plans will be approved.
