Trump Loses In Court.....Again. $25M Lawsuit To Go Forward.

First lets say unless it's a real serious crime you don't go after a sitting president even if you think he colluded with russia which he publically did. He was so arrogant and abused his power right off the bat and wished he could be like Putin. But American presidents don't have that kind of power. So Trump abused his power trying to pull a coup among other things. The list is very long. He gave us these softballs and Mitch wouldn't prosecute for fear of Trump supporters. What do they call you guys?

“terrorists” and incestuous.

That's Fox News talking.
Question, when you type lies like that, do you laugh at yourself thinking you are clever?

Not enough evidence to convict?

Why wasn't Trump ever found guilty for the insurrection? He was impeached for it but the Senate never voted to convict or not convict. We should have them do that now. Was Nancy wrong for impeaching Trump for the insurrection? That did happen you know. I think we forget. Then McConnell pussed out and said Trump wasn't POTUS so he didn't have to decide. Kicked the can. Statue of limitations hasn't run out on that has it? If Trump wants to run again we should have that trial.
The Senate did vote on impeachment for Jan. 6th. The vote took place on 2/13/21. Now, I can question why the 2nd impeachment trial took place as a question of the Constitution. Impeachment is for "The President, Vice President, and all civil officers of the United States" according to the Constitution. The impeachment trial started on 2/9/21. By then, Trump wasn't the President or a civil officer of the United States. By those qualifications, on what legal grounds were there to conduct the trial?

The first and second impeachment took place to attempt to destroy Trump's political ambitions.

History repeats itself ... what litigious attempt is this against Trump?
Trump was famous for using the courts long before he became president. So your question is how many times has Trump been sued?

In the 1,300 cases where the record establishes the outcome, Trump settled 175 times, lost 38, won 450, and had another 137 cases end with some other outcome. In the other 500 cases, judges dismissed plaintiffs' claims against Trump.

No .. not a question .. a wash, rinse repeat process since 2016 where litigious activities against Trump have been .. lackluster and frivolous.

So the litigation continues. It was great the backhanded way Ron DiSantis defended Trump. Can't wait for the primaries.

Don't worry he won't go to prison. Or will he?
None of it will keep him from running and winning in fact most predict this helps Trump....

You think he will win in 2024? We don't. We just don't think he should run period. He's not fit to serve.

Didn't they invoke the 25th amendment when Trump lost and refused to leave?

I don't fear Trump now that he's not in power. He doesn't have the authority to abuse.

Where do you come up with these fantasies? You are quite entertaining.

Wiki

evidence collected in FBI affidavits charging hundreds of the Capitol insurrectionists, many of whom cited Trump's comments as permission to storm the Capitol. On certain filings, Trump is described as a "de facto unindicted coconspirator" for the Capitol riots and the driving force behind the breach, according to Proud Boys organizer Ethan Nordean.

House Approves 25th Amendment Resolution Against Trump, Pence Says He Won't Invoke

Don't piss off liberals y'all. They'll try to destroy your life and imprison you any way they can. They clearly don't give a shit how or why Donald is guilty. They just want him to be guilty. He has offended them. He must suffer.
Just imagine how firkin' hysterical the rank and file Marxists in DC will be when their media finally has to admit he can't be stopped ;)

Uh huh... by that standard, Schumer and Pelosi along with Mad Maxine should ALL be in prison. Nah, I don't think the opinions or pleas of citizens obviously under legal duress can be used to convict him of anything. At least, not legally in a fair system.

Oh, they WILL convict him of something, if not in NY, then DC. The thing is, no matter what it is, short of successfully making the case for treason, it won't disqualify him and will in fact most likely boost his popularity. Just curious, when the media begin to not so subtly suggest it's time for people to be in the streets, will you go? :auiqs.jpg:
