Trump can be held civilly liable in Jan. 6 riot, judges rule

Trump stacked the court to shove a red hot poker up the Dems lawless ass.

Trump didn't stack the court. Leonard Leo and the Federalist Society packed the Court. They simply told Trump what to do and he did exactly as he was told. Leo's court isn't going to back up Trump or let him walk. He's just as big a threat to Leo's plans as he is to Democracy.

Leo and Federalists have been working on their SC takeover for decades. Justice Roberts was their first appointment. I doubt they'll feel any particular loyalty to Trump and his goal of being dictator since Leo is more interested in establishing a radical Catholic theocracy (Alito, Kavenaugh, Thomas, ACB) than a installing a white nationalist dictator, especially someone as dangerous and uncontrollable as Trump.

Because this involves a former US president.... and current candidate....
Current candidate = irrelevant.

Former president = not important, for the reasons stated in the ruling. By what authority or reasoning would the court decide Trump cannot possibly be held liable, simply because he was president?

It is relevant to half of America... so you lose.... next ex president to be hounded into court?... want to take guess?...

Also irrelevant. Only 9 people sit on the court, and they don't poll idiots to make their decisions.

They can't just spout idiotic claims and throw a hissy fit for 10 pages. They have to use reason with case law and the letter of the law as their basis.

Judge Rejects Trump's Claim of Immunity In His 2020 Election Prosecution.

WASHINGTON (AP) — Donald Trump is not immune from prosecution in his election interference case in Washington, a federal judge ruled Friday, knocking down the Republican’s bid to derail the case charging him with plotting to overturn the 2020 presidential election.

U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan’s decision tees up a legal fight over the scope of presidential power that could ultimately reach the U.S Supreme Court. Trump, who has denied any wrongdoing in the case, is expected to quickly appeal to fight what his lawyers have characterized as an unsettled legal question.

In her ruling, Chutkan said “former Presidents enjoy no special conditions on their federal criminal liability.”

Defendant may be subject to federal investigation, indictment, prosecution, conviction, and punishment for any criminal acts undertaken while in office,” she wrote.

Banana republics are rightwing, neo-fascist, and authoritarian, where despots and dictators like Trump aren’t held accountable for their corruption and misdeeds.

You didn't answer the question dumbass.

So, yet again. In specific detail, enumerate the instances that Trump abused his power.

GO!

Again, with the violence.
As noted, its a Friday.
Summer of 2020 - months long - scores of American cities = AntiFa, BLM, and Leftist insurrections including; arsons, assaults, illegal trespasses, vandalisms, murders, illegal firearms possessions, looting, public and civil disorder, attacks on government buildings: Local, State, and Federal, mayhem, other assorted felonies, etc.

Leftist anti-USA terrorists and their Democratic Party supporters don't need just a 'Friday'. They will insurrect every day of the week months on end!
