Ambassador Stevens Top Aide, Greg Hicks, testified to Congress that Hitlery Clinton wanted benghazi to become a 'permanent outpost'. the traitorous whore needed his assessment before the end of the Fiscal Year, which would have been Sep 30.

He went there at the lying whore's behest so that she could announce it on a planned December visit.
