I thought that Fabio's dish was the weakest.

This is going to be an excellent competition!

I'm not sure how strong Stephen is. As one of the other contestants commented, Stephen has never been in the trenches, working in a kitchen. He's foremost a sommelier, not a chef. I think that certain techniques will trip him up.

I actually believe that the most experienced, varied chef is Jen Carroll.

I would like to throw in another possible 3rd slot in the finals: Tiffany Faison, from season 1. She is awfully strong in technique, and especially flavor profiles.

Although, I don't think he should have been bounced. I think Tiffany should have, for her atrocious front of the house work, and her food.

I also thought that Fabio should have won instead of Blais.

Antonia is hanging tough! I'm surprised that she is still here while Jen, Tiffani, and Casey have all gone.
