Tommy Tuberville admits he went to NYC to help trump break his gag order.

What is the crime Trump committed that resurrected the dead misdemeanor?
The construct seems to be A did happen but the time ran out so they have construed that an unnamed unspecified B did occur or could have or Trump “intended” to so that revives A snd allows B to exist

1. There are no charges listed on post 363, just like the prosecution never mentioned them in their opening, nor in the Bill of Particulars. Secret crimes is all democrats have to convict Trump on.

2. Calling riots "mostly peaceful" as fires burn in the background is what we call "propaganda". Here is a better comparison:

Charges are listed in any number of publically available sites.

When you you have multiple protests over one thing and most are peaceful, that fact that a handful were not doesn’t change that. The rest is just an attempt to redirect and deflect from that simple, easily proved fact.

All the charges are a matter of public record. Eventually maybe, that will sink in. I remain optimistic.
You simply aren't getting how flimsy Bragg's charges are. Please read an expert legal opinion.

Legal tight rope walking.

If you wear a blue suit/ red tie combo you may be accepted for admission to the MAGA Trump's Asseater's Club like J.D. & Jerkoff Johnson. Or are you already a member of that ratpack? :cul2:

If you think they are flimsy, fine…argue that and explain why. Don’t keep asking for the same publicly available information over and over as some here are doing.

When your idea of a rebuttal is to “shower them in bullshit” and whataboutisms rather than actually discuss the gag order and the reasons for it…I assume all you have is redirection and I’m not going to follow you down your rabbit hole.

Have a good day :)
The Gag order will not withstand the first amendment.

In case you didn't notice, Trump shows up in court every day with a slew of lawyers defending him.

And Tuberville? He's a no good bastard for attacking the Judge's daughter who has nothing to do with this case.

As a matter of fact, they're all slime including Johnson, the god loving hypocrite.
Boo-hoo-hoo....the bad man is saying mean things! Boo-hoo-hoo....

The judges daughter does have something to do with this case.
She's the judges daughter.

Not the super secret crime that converts the expired bookkeeping misdemeanor into a felony.

From the link that you refuse to read:
"So this is the case: A serial perjurer used to convert a dead state misdemeanor into a felony based on an alleged federal election crime that was rejected by the Justice Department."

No one has defined that "federal election crime". That's the non-existent crime that everything hinges on. It doesn't exist.

I am not so sure. Gag orders overall are pretty dicey and not often used because of that. But as I understand it, this one is very narrow.

When people claim Trump can’t defend himself, they both ignoring that and essentially stating Trump has no other defense beyond attacking the characters of people involved in the trial.

Have any judges allowed defendants to conduct themselves in this way?

So far I have seen no personal attacks. He's not calling to her a whore...he's indicating that he believes the judge is biased because of her. Perfectly proper language and very feasible.

To suggest Senators have less freedom to express themselves than the talking heads on cable television is ridiculous. Perhaps those that blame Trump for inciting Jan 6th should think about what they may be encouraging with rhetoric about Trump's aim to take down American freedom. It is long past time for us to demand from candidates their specific plans to deal with national matters and knock off all the meaningless silliness.

Oh look, The MAGA Trump's Asseater's Club with jerkoff Johnson as President even dress like Spanky Dotard with their blue suits/red tie combo to earn more brownie points from the conman himself!

How precious! Can't make this shit up.

It is a lot messier than that.

For example, the claims he made about the daughter were false.

But..it might be irrelevant because the gag order doesn’t actually prevent him him from doing that, like I thought it did - it is extremely narrow.

The gag order, which prosecutors had requested, bars Trump from either making or directing other people to make public statements on his behalf about jurors and potential witnesses in the hush-money trial, such as his lawyer turned nemesis Michael Cohen and porn star Stormy Daniels. It also prohibits any statements meant to interfere with or harass the court’s staff, prosecution team or their families.

It does not bar comments about Merchan or his family, nor does it prohibit criticism of Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, the elected Democrat whose office is prosecuting Trump.
