As an EXAMPLE.... PA citizens voting via absentee ballots were good if mailed and stamped by election day which they were told, so that is what citizens did....as just one of the examples of the court cases....(only later they got screwed and their votes were not counted)

NOT by the Federal govt..... the joint session on Jan 6 is simply to verify and put in to the record, the State certified electoral votes.
NOTHING was ever going to change these votes from entering in to the record.....
