Someone who gets elected to office in mostly uncontested elections in his 60% black district, while having official unemployment of 16%, is calling someone "illegitimate".

1. He's being inaugurated.

If there were a legal case against his election it would've been made.

You need the EC to prevent concentrations of power in CA and NY.
