I made no such allegation. I asked for proof that it was real, and nobody has presented any evidence at all that this video is real.

You said as much when you said the site was known for faking videos. Here's what you said:

Knowing the video is authentic but also knowing you would never accept it as such, I did some quick research and found that the particular school board is the Frisco Independent School System of Frisco, Texas. The video is a clip from a two hour and twenty two minute full video of the November 14 school board meeting.

The link below is from a video archive on the website of the school board itself. The section from which the clip was taken starts at 1:23:35 and the woman's name is Shannon (I couldn't make out the last name). If this doesn't prove it authentic then nothing will.
