This is the problem with gun crime in the U.S.

This guy is an actual nut who seems to have lost it...the rare occurrence that makes the anti gunners get all gushy inside........and walked over to a neighbors home and just started shooting...he put a bullet in the spine of the man, and a bullet in the neck of the woman....

Right.

So.....you would think he would be held without bail.....since he is obviously dangerously nuts....he tried to murder two people.....

The follow up on this story was on the news tonight....

The judge set bond so low that he paid 30,000 dollars and is now back in his home......next door to the people he tried to kill....

That is why we have gun crime in this country...the prosecutors and judges do not taking gun crime f******g seriously....and then they want new gun laws even though they are not actually prosecuting the current gun laws.........

This is why we don't trust gun grabbers......they don't really care about the victims of gun crime...they just care about getting guns...

Charges filed in Cicero neighbor-dispute shooting

CICERO, Ill. (WLS) --
Charges have been filed against a man suspected of shooting two next-door neighbors during an assault on Monday in the 3800-block of 61st Court.

Edward J. Wiencek, 59, is accused of shooting his two neighbors. Both remain hospitalized in critical but stable condition.

---------

The victims are a 32-year-old man who was shot in the back and a 22-year-old woman who was shot twice, once in the neck and once in the shoulder. Both victims live next door to the suspect.

Wiencek allegedly ambushed the two victims around 3:30 p.m. Monday as they walked into their home and fired five rounds from his gun, emptying his weapon, a news release from a Cicero spokesperson said.

Wiencek allegedly went back to his car where he reloaded his revolver and was returning to the scene when Cicero police confronted him, the news release said. He surrendered to Cicero police at the scene, the release said.

Wiencek is charged with two counts of aggravated battery with a firearm, and two counts of attempted murder with a firearm.

And this guy who actually tried to murder two people.........here is the rest of the story....

Cicero man charged with shooting neighbors bonds out of jail, victims outraged

Wiencek was seen being wheeled out of the courthouse, but it's not clear why he was on a gurney. Cook County judge Gregory Vasquez set his bond so low, he was able to post $30,000 and is now free.

When asked if he was surprised he got out on bond, Wiencek replied: "No!"

Cicero police are so concerned, they sent this letter to nearby residents warning them Wiencek was out.

"It's actually appalling to be honest. People could be here in the street shooting their neighbors for absolutely no reason and be able to bond themselves out," said Supt. Jerry Chlada, Cicero Police Dept.

"This man actually emptied his gun on both of these people and screamed at our clients, 'Why are you not dead?'" said Peter DeLongis, victims' attorney.

On Tuesday night, the lights were on, but no one came to the door at Mr. Weincek's home. A sign warning people to "beware of owners" hangs nearby.

Guns are not the problem.......judges and prosecutors are the problem......
