The McDonald Case,t hey actually convicted the cop who did the shooting. not much of a choice, they had him on videotape doing it.. sixteen times, still plugging bullets into him when he was on the ground... for which he got a whopping six years and will be out in three if no one shanks him in the chow line.

However, the whole system moved to protect this guy, including cops who filed FALSE POLICE REPORTS.

So if those guys can get off for filing false reports... so should Jussie.
