This is simple people. The following things are impossible, and you couldn't tell by what political candidates promise. They are not listed in any particular order.

1. Deporting 11 million illegal aliens.
2. Controlling climate changes
3. The government seizure of privately owned firearms.
4. Turning our enemies into allies solely through diplomacy
5. Successful nation building through military invasion/occupation
6. Building an impenetrable barrier on our southern border
7. Government creating private sector jobs.
8. 24 hour cable news giving you an unbiased appraisal.
9. GOP or DNC Party Chairpersons telling the truth.
10. Bringing peace to the Middle East.

Please add to the list, and if you're up for a real challenge, tell me how any of these things are possble

#6 is iffy. Depends upon whether you mean actual impenetrability, or effectively impenetrable.

I actually agree that #1 and #6 are possible, from a physics standpoint.

Perhaps the word impossible isn't where I was trying to go.

I was going for logistically/fiscally viable, and of course how long each of these things might take to accomplish.
