There’s Something Horribly Familiar About The Accusations Against Harvey Weinstein

So the Regressives are putting a great deal of effort into deflecting from Weinstein.

Yuck. Ugly.
you all have Orange Harvey Weinstein...suck to be you all LOL
"Suck to be you all"?

How old are you?

And what do you mean by "you"?

Holy crap.
.
notice its a phrase "you all" not you ...what are you all cry baby Trump submissives .;..Oh wait you all are LOL
Ah.

Well, I voted for Hillary, and I lean left - you can find proof of that in the second line of my sig. Issue by issue.

But keep flailing, that's how you Regressives are.

"LOL"
.

The old saying "the cover up is worse than the crime" seems to work only on republicans. The outrage concerning Weinstein is about H'wood cover up because Weinstein was a power broker and the democrat party's cover up because Weinstein was a big donor and the main stream media cover up because Weinstein was a power broker and a big donor to the democrat party. .

View attachment 154243 They sound like the accusations against the President of the United States.

The Republican Party ― including members of Trump’s own family ― has aggressively gone after Democrats who once hobnobbed with Weinstein and took campaign donations from him.

At the same time, they’re supporting a man who is accused of much of the exact same behavior.

Below are statements from women describing what Trump and Weinstein allegedly did to them. They sound remarkably similar. Sliding to the left will reveal which man they’re referring to.

When did Trump settle?

Oh he didn't, because the accusations were completely baseless and fake. A technique the leftists use often.

Soo when he settles you're saying that is admission of guilt huh?

Well, if you believe that then you must fricking shocked at what Trump has settled.
But Im guessing this is where you say people who settle are guilty unless the person is Trump.

So if someone settles they are innocent and if they don't settle they are innocent too?

Trump is all things. That's cool!

/----/ Geee Gomer, let's see what an experienced attorney in civil litigation says. I'll take his word over yours any day of the week. "All this phrase means is that parties to litigation reached an agreement to resolve their dispute(s) themselves instead of asking the judge/jury to resolve the dispute(s) for them. Because there is inherent uncertainty in the court system (meritorious cases sometimes lose, weak cases sometimes succeed, wins/losses can be unpredictable in terms of size/scope), this is by far the most common outcome in civil litigation. Assuming that claims are not dismissed outright, most parties will conduct discovery (document exchanges, depositions, etc.), gauge the strengths/weaknesses of the case, and then attempt to reach a fair resolution without the cost and uncertainty of trial." - Ty Doyle, Partner at litigation boutique, J.D.
