There were no WMD's in IRAQ Period

Please, some one provide proof of full scale WMD's in IRAQ. Note the MD part means MASS Destruction...Not simple little canisters found here in there. I'm talking things that could be used against other countries in kill people on a mass scale. There were none..PERIOD!!! Have a great labor day.

Except that, despite your very smug arrogance, you don't get to decide what constitutes a WMD. It's already been decided - and they are nuclear, biological, and chemcical weapons. And the FACT is, there were TONS of chemical weapons and some nuclear found in Iraq.

What a croc o shit. The Bush administration was quite clear on the weapons they accused Saddam of having. An active and reconstituted nuclear program. Chemical and Biological weapons factories actively producing and stockpiling weapons. Mobile labs. Nothing they claimed turned up. Only degraded munitions from the time Raygun/Bush supported him and some yellow cake that was on ice since Israel blew the fuck out of his nuclear power plant.

Former president George W Bush has admitted there were no WMD's in Iraq.

No one had more to lose than Bush in making that admission; that makes the admission substantially more credible than anyone else's admission of the same.

It's called a declaration against interests and is given heavy weight as evidence in a court of law simply because the person saying it is, as the term implies,

making the statement despite it being detrimental to his own interests.

Pretty much, it was case closed once Bush admitted that.

Yes, he did say that... Al Gore also said he invented the Internet, but facts prove otherwise in both of their statements.

Liars lie. It's just what they do.

False

snopes.com: Al Gore Invented the Internet

So to sum it up, Gore did not claim to have invented the internet and the facts prove that Iraq did not have the weapons the Bush Administration claimed they had.

Snopes.com is nothing more than a couple of leftist shit bags from California. They're a fucking JOKE...

Snopes.com is a Scam

For the past few years snopes.com: Urban Legends Reference Pages has positioned itself, or others have labeled it, as the 'tell all final word' on any comment, claim and email. But for several years people tried to find out who exactly was behind snopes.com. Only recently did Wikipedia get to the bottom of it - kinda makes you wonder what they were hiding. Well, finally we know. It is run by a husband and wife team - that's right, no big office of investigators and researchers, no team of lawyers. It's just a mom-and-pop operation that began as a hobby.

David and Barbara Mikkelson in the San Fernando Valley of California started the Website about 13 years ago - and they have no formal background or experience in investigative research. After a few years it gained popularity believing it to be unbiased and neutral, but over the past couple of years people started asking questions who was behind it and did they have a selfish motivation? The reason for the questions - or skepticims - is a result of snopes.com claiming to have the bottom line facts to certain questions or issue when in fact they have been proven wrong.

Hahaha. Of course they don't care. They want the American public to forget all about how President Bush and a GOP Congress made the invasion and occupation of Iraq the worse US Forigen Policy disaster in modern history.

The Congress of the United State consists of two bodies, the House of Representatives and the Senate. The Authorization for Use of Military Force Against Iraq Resolution of 2002, was passed in the Senate by a vote of 77 to 21 with 29 Democrats voting for it.

I guess you want the American public to forget that the Democrats were the majority party and Senator Tom Daschle was the Majority Leader i 2002. A GOP Congress would consist of majorities in the House and the Senate.

This history lesson is provided at no charge.

There were no WMD's in IRAQ Period

So? Prove it or STFU.

Who cares?

The Authorization for Use of Military Force Against Iraq Resolution of 2002 resolution cited many factors to justify the use of military force against Iraq:

• Iraq's noncompliance with the conditions of the 1991 ceasefire agreement, including interference with U.N. weapons inspectors.

• Iraq's alleged weapons of mass destruction, and programs to develop such weapons, posed a "threat to the national security of the United States and international peace and security in the Persian Gulf region."

• Iraq's "brutal repression of its civilian population."

• Iraq's "capability and willingness to use weapons of mass destruction against other nations and its own people".

• Iraq's hostility towards the United States as demonstrated by the 1993 assassination attempt on former President George H. W. Bush and firing on coalition aircraft enforcing the no-fly zones following the 1991 Gulf War.

• Members of al-Qaeda, an organization bearing responsibility for attacks on the United States, its citizens, and interests, including the attacks that occurred on September 11, 2001, are known to be in Iraq.

• Iraq's "continu[ing] to aid and harbor other international terrorist organizations," including anti-United States terrorist organizations.

• Iraq paid bounty to families of suicide bombers.

• The efforts by the Congress and the President to fight terrorists, and those who aided or harbored them.

• The authorization by the Constitution and the Congress for the President to fight anti-United States terrorism.

• The governments in Turkey, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia feared Saddam and wanted him removed from power.

• Citing the Iraq Liberation Act of 1998, the resolution reiterated that it should be the policy of the United States to remove the Saddam Hussein regime and promote a democratic replacement.

The resolution "supported" and "encouraged" diplomatic efforts by President George W. Bush to "strictly enforce through the U.N. Security Council all relevant Security Council resolutions regarding Iraq" and "obtain prompt and decisive action by the Security Council to ensure that Iraq abandons its strategy of delay, evasion, and noncompliance and promptly and strictly complies with all relevant Security Council resolutions regarding Iraq."

The resolution authorized President Bush to use the Armed Forces of the United States "as he determines to be necessary and appropriate" in order to "defend the national security of the United States against the continuing threat posed by Iraq; and enforce all relevant United Nations Security Council Resolutions regarding Iraq."

Say nice re-write. Clinton didn't go to war with Iraq.

Clinton regularly bombed Iraq. Around 1998, he pulled out the inspectors and started some heavy bombing. Then the shitheads forever after that claimed Saddam kicked out the inspectors.

Dear God - you Libberhoids are in full fucking meltdown...
What's the source o' your masochistic-tendencies??

You surely do seem to enjoy gettin' your ass kicked!!!

After the 2002 the GOP had the majority in the Senate. They could have passed the resolution without the Democrats.

Most Democrats voted against the resolution.

btw the Senate was 50-50 in 2002, before the election and Cheney had the tiebreaker.

Clinton said so in December of 1998 when he went to war with Iraq.
Told us how big of a threat Iraq was, and how much of a threat Iraq would be if not dealt with.

So, we knew he had them in December 1998. Where did they go?
If they werent there -- Why did Clinton Lie?

A 5-lb coffee can of sarin or VX can kill tens of thousands of people - a perfect weapon for a terrorist.

Say nice re-write. Clinton didn't go to war with Iraq.

Wrong. His bombing campaign was most certainly warfare.
