The Worst Easter day in Jerusalem!

It's really quite odd. Both Muslims and Christian revere Jesus. But the Jews don't and Jesus is Jewish.

Ain't religion grand?

Muslims curse Christians and Jews...
O believers, do not take the Jews and the Christians as your friends and protectors, they are friends of each other. And whoever makes them a friend then he is from amongst them. Verily God does not guide the unjust people. And you will see that those (Muslims) in whose hearts is a disease run towards them saying 'We fear that a calamity may befall us.' So God will soon bring victory or a decision from Him, causing them regret on account of the thoughts they harbored in their hearts.
Quran 5:51-52

Israel is the only country in the Arab Muslim Middle East that respects Christianity.

democracy..gotta love it

the kosher democracy :eusa_boohoo:

Freedom House has given Israel near-perfect grades for freedom, political rights and civil liberties, almost tied with the US, which are virtually absent from the Arab and Muslim Middle East.

You are PWNED, sucka.

Mr sucker, there is 2 questions here:
-Which international law give the iSSraelis the right to govern eastern Jerusalem and ban prayers to enter to the Holy City? Eastern Jerusalem is not iSSraeli space according to UN and US and EU union.

- Why bearded crows settlers don't need permission to enter to the Holy City but Christians and Muslims are not allowed to enter and pray in St Sepulchre Church and Al aqsa Mosque ?

Bethlehem is 20 percent Christian due to Muslim terrorism.
which muslim terrorism in Bethleem?!

The binding Palestine Mandate "mandates" all of Palestine as the Jewish National Home.

Article 6...
The Administration of Palestine, while ensuring that the rights and position of other sections of the population are not prejudiced, shall facilitate Jewish immigration under suitable conditions and shall encourage, in co-operation with the Jewish agency referred to in Article 4, close settlement by Jews on the land, including State lands and waste lands not required for public purposes.

Interestingly, many westerners believe that the emigration of Christian Palestinians is caused by a campaign of persecution by "Islamic fundamentalists", or a climate of hostility between Christian and Muslim Palestinians in general. In fact, different surveys show that a vast majority of locals see the Israeli occupation as the primary reason.

That leads back to my unanswered question. Why did the Zionists accept a part of a state in 1947 when they received the whole pie 25 years earlier?

You're embarrassingly uninformed about the history and the present state of affairs of the Middle East.

Prior to the inception of the "Islamization" of the Middle East in the 7th century, most of the region was Christian. Today, most of the Middle East is Muslim.

Whatever that proves. Shiites and Sunnis hate each other and they are both Muslims.

Catholics and Protestants hate each other and they are both Christians. How many died at each others hands?

Religions LOVE hate.

What I said is still true. Muslims see the Bible as a "holy book" and Jesus is one of their "premier prophets". They also revere Mary as the "Mother of Jesus".

muslims don't 'revere' Jesus any more than they 'revere' and respect' jews. and jesus may have been jewish, but we know he isn't the messiah because the prophesies weren't met. The prerequisites didn't occur and nothing that was supposed to happen after did.

So what's to revere? I can respect some of the things he said and still know that it has no religious significance.

so other than another potshot at jews, i'm not sure what your point is.

Islam obliterates Christianity and views Jesus as a Muslim. Muhammad was the final Muslim prophet, after Moses and Jesus.

Christianity ISN'T Jesus. It's a religion built around the mythological figure of Jesus. Muslims subscribe to the same figure, they just don't like the Christian Religion.

1 Kings 18:36-40 NLT:
At the customary time for offering the evening sacrifice, Elijah the prophet walked up to the altar and prayed, "O LORD, God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, prove today that you are God in Israel and that I am your servant. Prove that I have done all this at your command. O LORD, answer me! Answer me so these people will know that you, O LORD, are God and that you have brought them back to yourself." Immediately the fire of the LORD flashed down from heaven and burned up the young bull, the wood, the stones, and the dust. It even licked up all the water in the ditch! And when the people saw it, they fell on their faces and cried out, "The LORD is God! The LORD is God!" Then Elijah commanded, "Seize all the prophets of Baal. Don't let a single one escape!" So the people seized them all, and Elijah took them down to the Kishon Valley and killed them there.

Christians don't do well tolerating other people's religions either.

Muslims do not adhere to Christ's teachings. Christ was a man of peace who taught that he who lives by the sword, dies by the sword.

In stark contrast, Muhammad was a man of war who advocated use of the sword for achieving dominance.
