Is this a smart move by Ukraine or is it a smart move by America. Is there any doubt that the Ukraine will be coached on making this move?

And interesting in that another thread asked the same question on Russia turning off the gas!

Is it insignificant or is this move taking the war to another level. I would suggest the former, with an explanation.

The part of this pipeline goes through occupied areas by Russia. Ukraine claimed it can't guarantee the safety of this route.
