It has little to do with education. The government wants to take over the role of parents and minimize the importance of religion in their lives. That is simply not the role any government should play.

They are seeking to raise our children for us and to make them politically correct. They'd rather a bunch of illiterates become obedient community organizers than intelligent and successful professionals.

They tell me that Common Core is a nightmare.

And many kids are having a lot of academic problems because of it's use in the schools. ....
