    IMHO This is the worst Supreme Court in recent history. Examples:

    --Justice Stevens or Breyer saying "International Law" should affect US Law
    --Using the most tortured and circular logic I have ever seen to destroy private property rights
    --further butchering the Consitution by saying interstate commerce and intra-state commerce are, you know, like, pretty much the same thing.
    --ruling, with Moses and the 10 Commandments dircetly behind them, that the 10 commandments cannot be displayed in courthouses.

    As far as I'm concerned they should all retire.

    Actually, it's worse than that. The Ten Commandments mural is on the back wall, meaning they were looking right at it when they ruled, but they added exceptions so they wouldn't have to, you know, tear down their own building.
