They are always on the defensive and there are power political families of both parties throughout the country. Repub power families are comfortable with their minions having to go through them for a nibble. Progs are way more than that. The Prog media has convinced you that Lizzo is the ultimate sex symbol. Ask some guys who get married after a few years about that.

Again, by the way, you cite no proof that the election was not fair. Oh, and your reply was also stellar. It was yet another example of a Trump follower having a difficult time composing a thought. Either your school district failed you or you did not "Say No to Drugs".

This will be a very unpopular thread with Conservatives, and I am a Conservative, so let me apologize in advance for probably pissing you off.

Why was DJT so popular with all of us? Because, even as a billionaire, he was one of us, spoke like we did, said things nobody ever said as a politician running for higher government, he was the closest to a regular person we ever had because he had few handlers that could filter him. When he pontificated correct or incorrect in his assertions, you knew he was not saying it for political purposes, it was actually what he thought. His actions while in office proved that he was not saying things just to get elected then backtracking, he actually meant what he said.

Why did Washington hate him, and oh yes they did!? He jumped everyone to be elected to the highest office in the land. He did not go through the system being elected 1st to lesser offices where donors could get their hooks into him. He consistently reiterated that he wanted a law where retiring congress people could not become lobbyists for a certain amount of time, and that is a no-no. His wall was so against what the elite wanted, they just couldn't stand it, but many Republicans in office could not voice their displeasure at it for fear of Trumps wrath. All on one side, and some on the other HAD to get rid of him. Their donor/lobbying people despised this man.

So to quickly finish up this segment, Russia-Russia-Russia, impeachment 1, Impeachment 2, all so laughable and proven false, look at how many votes he got for his projected 2nd term; and virtually ALL of them showed at the polls to insure their vote got cast and counted. I know I did, and I am sure most of you Conservatives did too. Trump hated? No! And trust me, that galls your people in Congress, even many on our side I might add.

Many people will roll their eyes at this assertion but with the amount of real time, in person votes he received on election day it is plain as the nose on your face; Trump, the bombastic billionaire, became a sympathetic figure to millions upon millions of people because of what Washington tried to do to him while he was in office!

And then, something happened. You believe I am going to say the election. Wrong! It is what Trump said and tried to do BECAUSE of the election. Enter the......as of today............ruination of DJT known as "the steal!" Democrats had orgasms over that one, along with never Trumpers, and still are. It changed the whole narrative from those who seen Trump as a sympathetic figure who are not GOP, to one of questionable character. Why? Because those who are NOT GOP who believed all of his assertions for 4 years, heard him say with such conviction that 2020 was stolen, they believed him. They believed him not because he thought it, they believed him because they knew in their heart of hearts he would deliver the evidence, and the Left would be swept off the political landscape of the United States for their transgressions. So they waited, waited, and waited more, and the whole time, Trump keeps repeating, the steal, the steal.

Now we consistently hear on this board and in the media, that judges are against him; that is the reason Trump can't get anywhere. As I said in another thread-------> what is one of the things Trump constantly touts at all of his rally's? He put 200, 300, or was it 400 of his CONSERVATIVE judges on the bench because Obama left many slots open for Hillary. To suggest Trump can not find one Federal jurisdiction to hear his evidence after that is patently laughable.

So how easy would it be for Trump to change his demise into a crowning glory come 2024? Does he actually have to prove the election was stolen? NOPE! All he has to prove is that one state was stolen that Biden won, and it changes the whole narrative. You pick the state----> AZ? Georgia? Penn? Any other state? Can I have a Wisconsin? All he needs is one, just one, even if it did not move him to electoral victory, because the whole country's narrative would shift from, no way.........to......they did it, and now we see how, plus they cheated to boot. We are waiting, but time is getting short. He has to about December, that is it.

I urge you to understand, that if Trump can NOT prove it, he will not get anywhere near the amount of votes he received in 2020. To non GOPers, he and his supporters sound unhinged. How can you insist something happened that forced you to almost use a coup (the Lefts words, not mine) to fix it, and yet, you can't prove it happened? Each and every time I read some facts on this board how Biden is screwing up everything, when the Left doesn't want to address it they bring up THE STEAL and giggle as the OP goes off the deep end all about how it was stolen, and yet can't produce any evidence that even a CONSERVATIVE court will address. The STEAL is a word like Racist, homophobe, mysogynist that the Left uses, and the STEAL works better than all the rest. It is unfathomable to me personally, how we CONSERVATIVES claim that we make decisions on facts and data, while the Left makes decisions on feelings along with faulty thought processes, and here we are with a total role reversal, led by GOPers.

In closing, let me ask all of you to consider a WHAT IF scenario------> WHAT IF Pence would have done what Trump asked him to do if possible? WHAT IF the GOP supported the process and the election would have been thrown out and Trump continued on? WHAT IF all of that happened, and the evidence we have in real time now was still the evidence we had with the WHAT IF scenario?

I will tell you WHAT IF THAT REALLY HAPPENED! Come November, the Democrats would be elected to a veto proof majority in the House and senate because America would be PISSED! Trumps hands would have been tied for the 1st 2 years because the Democrats would STILL be in control of the House, and no legislation would have ever gotten through Pelosi. By the 2nd 2 years, the Democratic veto proof congress would be running the country, and Trump couldn't stop anything, he would just be a figurehead, until he was IMPEACHED, and it would pass this time. Because Pence did it, he would then be impeached afterwards, and you would have a President Nancy Pelosi. Come 2024, the GOP would totally be wiped out for at least 4 to 6 years, and by that time, you probably wouldn't have much of a country left to save.

So, going forward, be careful what you wish WOULD HAVE happened. Oh sure, we can wish that Trump won. Yes, we can pray that something, anything was stolen, and Trump can prove it satisfactorily to the American public along with the courts. Be thankful that in 2022 you have the Left by the gonads, vote and kick them to the curb ASAP. But do not think that Pence and the GOP let you down by not backing Trump on that fateful day. Had they done that, for a very short term gain, we would have taken a long, long, looooooong term hosing.

As Winston Churchill once said, (at least he was credited with it, nobody knows if that is fact) America will do the wrong thing many times, but eventually they will get it right! Well Conservatives, lets get it RIGHT!

iamwhosure, I just got done looking up public school teachers who molested their students, and I know the catholic church in the Houston area were on the rocks with the tv station I saw that said over 160 priests in the area were being questioned for the same issue. I hope that doesn't discourage you from reading your bible, which is the Catholic Bible and very similar to our protestant bible, give or take 3 or 4 books that we don't have, probably due to the time Martin Luther began breaking away followed by a lot of Western European nations, with so many different native tongues. Please don't give up what the Bible of yours says, no matter what men do. Human beings are frail, and they make sometimes what you may believe are way too big. Everyone, some time in their life make a blooper. We have to let those things go, but keep your eyes off people and on God, that's the best I can encourage you to do. I am likely of an older generation as you, so you may have different issues than were present in my generation who had parents living separate for 4 or more years, so when daddy came home with shell shock, home life was not like today's generation. Even so, stay with the finer points of your religion, and there's nothing in the world that can keep you from knowing what the Kingdom of God is like and what it expects of each of us according to our abilities. Best wishes in making some kind of peace with people who are liberal like you may be (I don't know you very well) and though we're possibly rivals in politics, the American nation was actually built on the idea that all men are equals in God's sight, regardless of race, clan, or sect. The kingdom of God breaks through all those barriers if you believe that God is the ultimate judge of each of us, that he loves us, BUT he gave us something called free will, and it can make or break us. If you know what your bible says, you will instantly know whether the people you listen to touches your belief, great or small. There hasn't been one single politician in my lifetime that I agreed with 100 per cent of the time, and after Bill Clinton's presidency, I think he did some very good things but he also did some terrible things. I just got back from the store where I got mugged for 50 bucks on 2 weeks of dogfood for my growing miss pitbull. I have to go and put stuff away that I think the cost of was somewhat political since political doings have somehow created an inflation that hammers those living on their social security investment in the government for the 50 years I was employed. So I need to deal with storing it in a way that nothing is lost of it. Fortunately some of it is in a can, but unfortunately it smells bad on the way out and It makes me wanna hurl upon cleanup. We are already gearing up for 2022, and mapping strategy to throw any Leftist bum out in our area, although we do live in a pretty conservative community where Leftists holding office besides the school board are pretty few and far between.

Just so you know.........these conversations are happening amongst GOPers, and the response is not what you see on this board because most of us know one another. Oh sure, total Trump people are upset, but even many of them admit he has to address the elephant in the room to insure he gets re-elected, or certainly have the best shot to do so.

Asking a question of a man who insists he has the answer and the proof to back it up who has said so publicly, is not anti Trump, it is pro GOP. We can NOT send someone up there for a debate with anyone, and when asked why he did something, tell us because; then when pushed for evidence to back his claim, he either can't, or refuses to bring it to the forefront. Do we all understand how ridiculous that would sound to anyone not in the GOP?

2024 is about electing a GOP President. If it were to be Trump, that is just icing on our cake! Honestly, and in all sincerity, do you and all the other GOPers believe President Trump? I did! Seemed really fishy to me what happened on election day. But that was just PART of his statement. He basically told us they stole it, and he and his team have proof positive. Add to that, he hasn't stopped repeating it over, and over, again. If we believe him, we must believe his whole statement, not just the parts we want to quote, then give him a pass on the rest.

Those far more active, savvy, and for a lot longer than I in my local GOP have stated behind closed doors, that unless it is again Biden or Cameltoe against him, if he does not address this issue satisfactorily, he probably will not be able to pull it off if he doesn't address this issue. And as they stated also--------->If he has something solid, releasing it in this cycle before November 2022, would wipe the Democrats off the political map except for the deepest of blue states, making Biden unable to do anything. Isn't that what we as GOPers want?

And so, how asking for help from our former President to help him and the GOP is somehow anti Trump, is crazy to me. And people who think like I do, are not asking him to find or create something, just asking him to produce what he insists he already has. I dunno, I have explained it the very best way I know how to, and if others don't understand, I give up.

The rest of us are going to continue praying for the guy who was half way to world peace when a corrupt electioneering geared to rid America of its promises to small states that they will be heard. I will not betray Donald Trump just because he did something untoward that he paid a price for in his spirit as well as on paper. All I have is prayers, but the good Lord is my only strength, and he smites people who operate in secrecy to destroy. I get concerned when I see someone fall away. In school, I won started winning awards for writing and current events in around 1958. My family was raised and the nest was empty around 1990. My interest began when I got pounded into the ground at the NYTimes politics forum when I mentioned I liked Dubya before they started depicting him as the characture of the Mad Magazine kid. I believe that was a year before he was actually elected. Their forum shut down around the time Dubya won his second term. The only way I would let go of believing Trump would be the day he patterned into his life an entrapment doctrine against his enemies instead of reconciliation. I've prayed for President Trump every day, and I wish him all the best in the painful spiritual future he has, because of people like Jim Acosta who conspire with Democrats on how bad he's going to kick President Trump to hell and back.
