You seem to be posting links then creating straw man arguments from them.

I agree that a person who has Down Syndrome, is color blind or is a "woman in a man's body" doesn't choose those things, but I also agree that those are ailments, not normal human beings. Still, all deserve to be left alone and retain Constitutional rights. If J. Edgar Hoover or anyone else liked wearing women's panties, that's up to them. OTOH, letting someone who is anatomically male share bathrooms with little girls raises concerns by parents for what normal people would see as obvious reasons.
