I've had to listen to progressives on USMB pretend over and over that the Tea Party was irrelevant - despite the fact that the Democrats lost around 1,000 seats nationwide since their rise. Well, Barack Obama himself talked about how "effective" they were during his presidency on 60 Minutes this past Sunday.

Obama isn't exactly known for this honesty. It's pretty sad that he speaks the truth more than the progressives on USMB do.

Tea Party is irrelevant:

The right has declared loud and clear - we don't give a shit about deficits.

Thank you as well for proving the premise of this thread. Like I said - it's pretty sad when even a pathological liar like Barack Obama can recognize the power and influence of the Tea Party while the progressive minions on USMB still have to pretend like they aren't a threat to the left-wing march to fascism.
