lets make America great again by Reagan.

There is a reason Theodore Roosevelt's face in on MT. Rushmore, he was a great Potus (unlike Trump-who is leading us backwards, widening the gap between rich and poor).

The last good Republican Potus, who today would be a Democrat. The republicans after him led us into the great depression and the Republican of the 1980's widened the gap between the rich and poor, and the Republican of 2000 (who stole the race) led us into the greatest recession since the great depression.

/-----/ "widening the gap between rich and poor"
How is lowering the UE rate and expanding the economy widening the gap between rich and poor? Please explain.

The height of the guilded age , the birth of collective barganing.....

If one sees the gub'mit as moderator , providing a level playing field , one might be a conservative

If one see gub'mit as oppressive to free trade, one might be a libertarian

If one sees a redux in the new millenium realizing history repeats , one may be a centrist

did i miss any labels?

If one sees gubmint as the biggest protection racket made legal in the history of mankind, one may be an anarcho-capitalist.

Here are 2 graphs. The first shows the dampening effect of inflation caused by Federal Reserve monetary policy. The second shows the widening of the wealth gap. It is NOT a coincidence that the Feds monetary policies mirrors nearly exactly the widening wealth gap. Zealots on the right and the left want to blame politicians from the opposite side for the wealth gap, but it is clear to anybody who understands what the Fed is doing that Fed policy causes more wealth inequality than any political policies.

It’s not simple nor easy to understand. It takes time to read and study. The lazy people will just keep blaming the other side. But the facts show that Fed policy is the real cause of wealth/income inequality.

Here are a few articles that will help those willing to read them understand how and why the Fed policies widen the wealth gap.

Policies and actions by politicians can affect wealth gap, but the biggest culprit is fed monetary policy.
